The Eastern Research Institute of Positive Science (ERIPS) is organizing an International Level Training on Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Organization and Transformative Leadership Development from November 19-22, 2024, in Kathmandu. This training is specifically designed for leaders who are eager to lead transformative processes within their organizations and to bring lasting, positive changes in both their professional and personal lives. In a world where rapid change is inevitable, the ability to foster positive organizational culture and inspire innovation is crucial for success, making this training a timely and essential opportunity for leadership development.
Facilitating this program will be Dr. RC Lamichhane and Mr. Buddhi Tamang, certified trainers from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), USA. Both facilitators are highly respected experts in the field of Appreciative Inquiry, having conducted numerous workshops across Asia, with a proven track record of empowering leaders and organizations. Their expertise in AI focuses on helping participants unlock the full potential of their organizations by building on strengths, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation. The training will provide practical tools and strategies to enhance leadership capabilities, enabling participants to create resilient and high-performing teams.
This will be the 6th batch of professional-level Appreciative Inquiry training organized by ERIPS, building on the success of previous sessions. Past participants have included a diverse group of leaders, such as members of parliament, mayors, deputy mayors, doctors, nurses, business leaders, academics, and researchers, all of whom have benefited immensely from the transformative insights gained. The training’s structured approach equips participants to lead with a strengths-based mindset, ensuring sustainable organizational growth while fostering a positive work environment.
The 4-day program will offer participants new perspectives on leadership, organizational capacity building, and strategic transformation. By learning how to guide their organizations toward positive change, participants will gain skills that are directly linked to societal benefits, ensuring their impact reaches beyond the workplace. This training is not just about improving individual organizations—it aims to equip leaders with the vision and tools to make meaningful contributions to their communities and society at large, promoting inclusive and positive development.
